Moving plants - plant quarantine maps
A number of quarantine and restricted areas have been established in Queensland.
- A pest quarantine area is a part of Queensland that has movement restrictions placed on it under Queensland legislation to control or restrict the spread of pests and diseases within the State.
- An interstate restricted area is a part of Queensland that has movement restrictions placed on it to meet the quarantine entry conditions of another State or Territory.
The following maps are provided to illustrate those areas where movement restrictions apply. These maps may be used in conjunction with the Summary of Plant Movement Conditions within Queensland, the Summary of Plant Entry Conditions for Queensland, or movement condition documents from other States or Territories.
