This site provides climate information and seasonal forecasts for western Queensland primary producers. Improved seasonal climate forecasts enable stocking rates to be better matched to feed availability. This project is funded by Land, Water & Wool, an initiative of Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI) and Land & Water Australia. Read more about the project.

Using the forecasts (on the left) is a 3 step process:
1. Interpret the probability
2. Interpret the forecast quality (skill is an indicator of our confidence in the forecasts)
3. Apply a relevant management decision.
